Hi guys, let me tell you a little about myself. I started working in restaurants when a friend of mine in high school got me a job as a busboy. I was bitten by the restaurant bug as a young high school student, and I was good at it. I took so much pride in it, I liked working hard and I loved the hustle. My mentality was nobody was going to out work me, I took it personal. Let me tell you I was the only busboy in New Jersey who was telling the GM to smile when he was on the dining room floor, lazy servers didn’t have a chance around me. I quickly moved up the front of the house ladder from server to bartender to assistant manager.After driving home every weekend from college to work in the restaurant I decided to go to culinary school. I graduated from The Culinary Institute of Amercia, with honors. Since then I have worked from several James Beard Award Winning chefs. I have been an Executive chef at a private yacht club at 28, and currently I am an Executive Chef at a beautiful boutique Inn in New Jersey. What I want to do here is to help answer any questions about cooking, wine and restaurants. I want it to be a place where you can ask any question and get a honest answer. Please ask away, I want to help!
